Cutting
Our composite fence panel slats can be easily to size using normal woodworking tools. The easiest way to cut boards however is using a Mitre Saw (Chop Saw) with a fine tooth blade.

Our Maple range Alpha Composite Fencing Panel Slats are manufactured from a high-performance composite blend of 60% recycled wood fibres and 40% recycled plastic, combined with specialist additives and bonding agents to enhance structural strength, dimensional stability, and long-term durability. This advanced composite construction overcomes many of the common drawbacks of traditional timber fencing, providing reliable resistance to rot, decay, insect attack, warping, cracking, and splintering.
Our second-generation capped Maple Range composite fence slats are 6ft (1.83m) wide and incorporate AlphaShield™ technology. This premium capped surface features a modern woodgrain profile with a refined textured finish, inspired by the appearance of natural timber. The advanced polymer cap significantly enhances colour stability, moisture resistance, and surface durability, helping the fencing maintain its appearance over time.
Fully waterproof and weatherproof, Alpha Composite Fencing is engineered to perform in the British climate, withstanding wind, rain, frost, and UV exposure without deterioration. Unlike traditional timber fencing, these composite fence panels require no painting, staining, or annual maintenance, offering a long-lasting, low-maintenance solution for residential and garden fencing projects.
For added peace of mind, our composite fence panel slats are backed by a 15-year residential extended warranty when registered, reflecting their long-term performance and build quality. Slats featuring AlphaShield™ have been independently tested for resistance for long term weathering, achieving a Grey Scale rating of 4–5 meaning little to no visible colour change while also showing no signs of cracking, blistering, scaling, or dusting during testing, demonstrating excellent resistance to UV-related colour change.
Available in a range of contemporary colours, our composite fence panel slats allow you to choose a finish that complements your home and outdoor space. Each slat features a smooth, wood-effect finish on both sides, ensuring a consistent, high-quality appearance from every viewpoint—ideal for shared boundaries and modern garden designs.
You have 3 options for installation:
1. Installation using our composite fence posts. Our fence panels can be attached to the front of the posts using screws or slotted in the grooves of the posts making them a versatile product to be used in various situations.
2. Installation using our aluminium fence posts. Our fence panels can be attached to the front of the posts using screws or slotted in the grooves of the posts making them a versatile product to be used in various situations.
3. You can also install using our slim profile u channel concrete post adapter inserts which easily slot into your new or existing concrete posts.
Our fence posts have channels where the groove can be cut to size. The fence panels then easily fit together using a tongue and groove system making your fence up to your desire height.
