Individual product and colour variant lead times can be found on indivdual product pages. If this labelled 'In Stock' delivery will follow the guidance below. As these items are physcially in our warehouse ready for dispatch.

All Deliveries to Scotland will incur a long distance minimum delivery fee of £300 whatever the order value.
Deliveries are mainland only. All above exclude - Scottish Islands, Highlands, IOM, IOW, GY, JE.
Deliveries where ferries are necessary may be possible at an extra cost such as IOW, please contact us before ordering.

Unloading
We’ll always do our best to make your delivery as smooth as possible.
By default, our team will unload your order to the kerbside by your property or, where possible, onto an easily accessible driveway.
If safe and straightforward, they may also be able to place items in the front garden, behind an accessible side gate, or into an easily accessible garage. Please note that any alternative unloading point is entirely at the driver’s discretion on the day.
Because of the weight and size of our products, drivers must be able to unload close to their vehicle, they cannot carry items long distances or across areas that are unsafe or difficult to access.
For safety and insurance reasons, our drivers are strictly not permitted to take goods through houses or buildings.
We recommend having an adult available at the time of delivery to help move your items to their final location once they’ve been unloaded, although this is not essential.
All items must be unloaded and stacked together in one location so that delivery photos can be taken.
Accepting Delivery
We do advise having someone at the property to receive the delivery. This ensures the goods can be checked and if able bodied assist with unloading. If someone cannot be there, you can choose to have the delivery completed in your absence.
As per our delivery terms and conditions, if no one is present on the day of delivery, the driver may leave the items in a safe place they deem suitable. If you would prefer not to have your order left in a safe place, you must email our office at least 1 working day before your scheduled delivery date to opt out.

After Delivery – Damages, Shortages & Returns
Please check your goods carefully before moving or installing them.
If any items arrive damaged or are missing, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Reports must include clear photos showing the issue and the delivery as received, along with your order details and a brief description. Please email this information to info@alphadecking.co.uk. We cannot accept claims once products have been used or fitted. We will also use our internal records and delivery photos as reference when assessing claims.
If you wish to return any items, you may do so within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaged securely for transport. Returns must be arranged with us in advance and may be subject to a collection charge, which will be confirmed when the return is booked. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received back and inspected, in line with our terms and conditions.

We strongly advise reading any necessary installation guides we provide prior to delivery and installation. If you are not personally installing the items we recommend sharing a copy with your installer.
