All orders over £1,000 will benefit from free delivery. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

Lead Times (UK Mainland Delivery, Stock Dependent)

  • Lead times on standard large orders is between 6-12 working days
  • Sample Pack delivery times are around 1-2 working days currently once dispatched with Royal Mail

Once you have placed your order, arranging delivery

  • For standard large orders; once an order has been placed you will be contacted by our sales team to arrange a delivery day.

Delivery Terms:

All deliveries of our Alpha Composite Decking Boards are undertaken by our in-house delivery team.

Our composite decking boards come in 3.66m and 2.2m lengths. The products will be unloaded to your property's kerb side or front garden only. Our drivers are not insured to take goods any further than this or into/through houses. We recommend 2 adults are present upon delivery to carry the goods to the desired location. Somebody should be available to sign receipt of the goods on the delivery day otherwise we will need written consent that you want goods left in a safe location of your choosing and that you are happy to take responsibility for them from there after.

If a delivery is unable to be made upon the agreed delivery day because no one was able to take the delivery or was unable to access designated area, an additional delivery fee will be charged to rearrange a new delivery day. This will also mean the first initial delivery fee will be non-refundable.

If for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with your products when they arrive, you must let us know straight away and mark this on your delivery form signed upon receipt of the goods. Please ensure that photos are also taken for evidence of any issue and inform us by calling 0203 3011 1661 straight away. We will then rectify and issues as quickly as possible.

All products are quality checked before loading for delivery.
