Cutting
Once the u channels are placed into the concrete post channels the inner diameter between the concrete posts will now be a few cm smaller; fence panel slats plus top and bottom rails may need to be cut to size to fit into this reduced internal gap as they all come in 6ft 183cm lengths.If this is required, our composite fence panel slats can be easily to size using normal woodworking tools. The easiest way to cut boards however is using a Mitre Saw (Chop Saw) with a fine tooth blade.
Information
Alpha Composite Fencing Panel Slats are made from 60% recycled wood fibers and 40% recycled plastic which is then mixed additives and bonding agents. This combination makes our panels inherently stronger, more durable and free from the inherent problems of traditional timber fencing with our panels being resistant to rot, decay, and insect damage, and require little no no yearly maintenance with no painting or staining needed.
Our panels are water and weatherproof, able to withstand high amounts of wind, rain, sun, and other outdoor elements. Unlike traditional timber fencing when subjected to the great British weather, our panels will not warp, crack, or splinter.
Plus, our composite fence panel slats come in a range of colours so you can choose a design that best matches the aesthetic of your home and outdoor space. They have a smooth wood like finish which is the same on both sides so you get a great look whatever side of the fence you are on.

- Concrete posts using our u channel insert adapters - use our innovative u channel insert that easily slot into your new or existing concrete posts.
- Composite posts - install our composite fence panel slats using our full composite fence posts
- Aluminium posts - install using our premium grade aluminium fence posts
