Register your Warranty

To complete your warranty registration you must send us:
‍
1.
pictures of the completed installation (minimum 2 pictures covering the whole area)

and

2. (Composite Decking only)
pictures of expansion gaps (boards end to end and against fixed objects such as walls). Minimum of 1 picture of each type of expansion gap.

Please send these photos to info@alphadecking.co.uk quoting your order/invoice number if you have problems uploading your photos here.

Once we have received your form and we have reviewed your photos will we send you your warranty certificate.

Warranty certificates will be sent within 60 days of form submission.

Please note without photos we cannot send a warranty certificate.
