Register your Warranty

To complete your warranty registration you must send us:
‍
1.
pictures of the completed installation (minimum 2 pictures covering the whole area)

and

2. (Composite Decking only)
pictures of expansion gaps (boards end to end and against fixed objects such as walls). Minimum of 1 picture of each type of expansion gap.

Important Notes:

If you do not attach photos to your warranty submission, a warranty certificate will not be issued. You will need to resubmit your warranty form once your photos are ready.

Please be aware that installation photos are not reviewed upon submission. Sending your warranty certificate to you does not constitute approval of the installation or its methods. If a warranty claim arises, photos and all other information needed will only be reviewed at that time.

Warranty certificates will be sent within 60 days of this form submission.
